The journey begins here in Germany (because who wants to travel on an empty stomach?) with the finest Simmental beef fillet, and in the BASIC package, the nutty, savory aromas of on-the-bone matured Red Heifer Dry Aged T-Bone or Porterhouse (in the SMALL package, you'll find a generous 600g of aromatic Argentinian entrecote instead of the T-bone). Next comes finely marbled US Prime Ribeye, which, thanks to the special corn-based fattening process, is a truly unique treat, followed by a detour to Canada with genuine Canadian Heritage Roast Beef. On the day of your course, you can log into the online course room from 7 pm. The official course starts at 7:30 pm!
Here's what you need for successful participation:
• Enough to feed 3-5 (SMALL package) to 6-8 (BASIC package) or more (our packages are really generously sized)!
• A device running Zoom: tablet, laptop or smartphone
• Hardware of your choice for cooking the steaks: pan & stove, open fire, charcoal grill, Beefer, etc.)
• An indirect heat source: oven, kettle grill, brick, etc.
