How do I become a member of the Kreutzer family?

It's easy! Register for free and without obligation on our homepage. You will then receive an email from us with a confirmation link. Click on it to complete your registration.

Can I shop at Kreutzers without registering?

Of course, you can shop with us as a guest. However, it makes sense to register because you'll never miss the best offers and can enjoy numerous other benefits.

Order and delivery time

What is the order deadline?

For orders placed before 8:00 AM, the lead time is 1 working day (example: order placed by Monday 8:00 AM, delivery day Wednesday).

For fish and poultry, we require a lead time of 3 working days.

What are your delivery times?

We ship Tuesday through Friday with our partner GO! Express . Delivery takes place Wednesday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM . Saturday delivery incurs an additional charge. There is no shipping on Sundays or public holidays.

Do I need to reach a minimum order value with you?

Yes, the minimum order value is 39 EUR.

My order was supposed to arrive today, but it still hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Our boxes and cooling units are generally equipped to maintain the cold chain for an additional day. If your order doesn't arrive the next day, please contact us by email and provide your order number.

Shipping and delivery area

Which shipping partner delivers to me?

We have the most reliable delivery partner Go! Express for refrigerated products and UPS Classic for non-refrigerated items.

How much are the shipping costs?

When will I receive the tracking number?

Your order will be prepared one day before the delivery date and shipped via GO! Express. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking ID by email.

I selected a delivery date, but I won't be home that day. What do I do now?

For single-family homes, we have permission for GO! Express to leave your order. This means your order can be safely left in a suitable location, even if you are not at home.

For apartment buildings, a personal inspection is required.

Attention: If the courier driver cannot find you, the nearest GO collection point may be up to 150km away.

If you would like your delivery to be sent to a different address – for example , to a neighbor, a company, or an alternative receiving point – please enter this information exactly as shown in the "Delivery address" field .

Credit and vouchers

I received a gift voucher, but it doesn't work.

Pay attention to numbers and letters; "o" or "O" can be a number or a letter.

You have applied a discount code. This cannot be combined with payment via credit or voucher.

You have hardware in your shopping cart. Hardware cannot be purchased with gift vouchers.

Where can I see my balance?

When you log in, you will see an overview of all bookings under My Account → Kreutzer's Credit.

How long is my credit/voucher valid for?

Credit and vouchers are valid for 3 years. The period begins at the end of the year in which they were purchased. For example, a voucher purchased in June 2025 is valid until December 31, 2028!

Where can I buy vouchers?

I bought a voucher but haven't received anything yet.

Our system automatically generates and sends out vouchers.

Please check that your email address is spelled correctly.

Please check your spam folder.

If you still haven't received an email, please contact our customer service.

I redeemed my voucher, but the order was cancelled for various reasons. Now the code no longer works.

Our system automatically credits the voucher value to your customer account upon redemption.

Simply enter "credit" as the payment method.

Payment options and invoice

What payment options are available?

We offer several payment methods, including: credit card, instant bank transfer, Giropay, purchase on account, Paydirekt and PayPal, credit and vouchers.

Is my online payment secure?

We encrypt your payment process with secure encryption, thus protecting your data. This guarantees the protection of your personal information.

Why isn't paying by invoice working for me?

Our payment provider independently checks your creditworthiness.

If payment by invoice is not possible, please choose another payment method.

The reasons for the rejection are unknown to us due to data protection regulations and cannot be determined by us.

Is the invoice included?

For sustainability reasons, your invoice will be sent exclusively by email.

I received a payment reminder even though I have already paid the invoice.

Please send us your order number to info@kreutzers.eu. We will check the payment receipt and remove the payment reminders.

Prime

I am a Prime customer, but the Prime customer discount is not displayed or deducted in the order overview of my current shopping cart.

As a Prime customer, you already see the prices with the discount deducted from the list price. You can easily verify this by comparing the prices when logged in and logged out.

What are the differences between the Prime memberships?

We offer three types of Prime memberships: Prime Mini for 12 months, Prime for 24 months, and Prime Deluxe for 12 months. All information about the differences and benefits can be found here .

If I order Prime and other services, will the discounts be applied immediately?

Not for the current order. Only from the next one onwards.

Will my Prime membership automatically renew after it expires?

No, we do not offer automatic renewal of Prime memberships.

Customer account

I've lost my login details. How can I recover them?

You can recover your password by clicking on "Forgot your password?".

What should I do if I receive a message that my email address is invalid?

Please re-enter the email address manually. Autocorrect often adds a space or similar character here.

I want to delete my account. What should I do?

It's a shame you made that decision. Send us an email and we'll take care of it.

Complaint and refund

I would like to return an item. What do I need to do?

Please send us the completed complaint form along with the corresponding photos by email to info@kreutzers.eu and we will find a solution together as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot accept complaints without photos.

Can I return meat?

Returns of meat are generally not accepted. Please always contact our customer service.

My delivery is incomplete

Should something be unavailable, we will usually notify you on the day of shipment.

You have selected a dropshipping item: please note that our partners ship these items separately, and therefore there may be deviations of up to 3 working days from the desired delivery date.

How does the refund process work in the event of a complaint?

A subsequent delivery is usually only possible by prior arrangement.

Refunds will be issued promptly (within 24 hours) to the chosen payment method.

Credit balances and vouchers can only be refunded as credit. Any other form of payment is excluded.

If credit and another payment method were selected, the refund will primarily be issued as credit.

Meatschool

How often does it take place?

MeatSchool takes place every 3rd Friday of the month.

How do I participate?

Here you can find the next available dates: Select the date that suits you best and the desired package size, then add the item to your shopping cart. Afterwards, you can complete the order process.

How do I get the login details?

Two days before MeatSchool, you will receive an access link via email. This link will be sent to you again one hour before the event.

When will I receive the goods?

The MeatSchool package always arrives at your home one day before MeatSchool (on Thursday). If Thursday is a public holiday, the package will be delivered one working day before.

Vouchers for the MeatSchool

You can browse through the available dates and choose a day that suits you. The voucher will be sent to you by post as soon as possible. The voucher also makes a perfect gift.

Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

Please communicate any changes to your appointment by email to info@kreutzers.eu no later than Monday of Meatschool week. Otherwise, the appointment cannot be cancelled or rescheduled due to the fresh products already prepared.
