At Kreutzers, we've always operated a "no-frozen" line. This means we offer our products fresh daily – not frozen. However, many of our products are now labeled "frozen." Does this contradict our philosophy of unconditional freshness? Not at all!
Kreutzers meat is popular with you, and sales are skyrocketing! This makes us incredibly proud and happy, because our passion also lies in providing the best products with optimal freshness!
However, some cuts are more popular with you at certain times than others. But whole cattle are always slaughtered. And THAT'S precisely why Kreutzers now offers TKF (total frozen beef):
We are extremely reluctant to dispose of leftover cuts – like every other part of the beef, they come from lovingly and carefully raised animals that died for our enjoyment. Therefore, we flash-freeze the surplus cuts that are not part of the current week's order, of course, well before their best-before date, and offer them at a reduced price on the respective product pages under the designation "Frozen."
This ensures that the entire slaughtered animal is used and that even more customers can enjoy our meat specialties, because the quality of an animal raised for years under the best conditions is not lost even through shock freezing.
Eat Unique - also with regard to the environment!
