You will receive 5 x Premium BBQ Ribs (approx. 600 g each) – Succulent sous-vide cooked pork ribs, pre-cooked for hours in their own juices and perfectly seasoned with our house rub. Tender and falling off the bone, flavorful and incredibly aromatic – all without hours of preparation.

There are also the Kreutzers Special Coffee BBQ Sauce (300 ml) – Smoky and spicy with a subtle coffee note. Simply brush on, finish, and enjoy.

Preparation of the premium BBQ ribs

1. Heat it up well

• Grill: indirect heat, approx. 160 °C

• Oven:

  • Fan-assisted air: approx. 135 °C

  • Without fan-assisted ventilation: approx. 150 °C

2. Place the ribs on the counter.

Place premium BBQ ribs on a baking tray or in the indirect grilling zone.

• Grill: approx. 40–45 minutes

• Oven with fan-assisted oven: approx. 40–45 minutes

• Oven without fan-assisted oven: approx. 45–50 minutes

3. Finish with the sauce

15 minutes before the end generous with Kreutzer's Special Coffee BBQ Sauce coat.

Thereafter:

Bone side down, into the heat – final sprint!
