SPECIAL RECIPE by BIGMETLOVE
For the meat, it's best to choose a very tender yet flavorful cut. A filet would be too bland for my taste, but a roast beef with its fine marbling is perfect for the sandwich. The meat should be cooked to medium-rare and then sliced thinly. It's fine if the meat sits and cools for a few minutes.
Slice the bread rolls open, top with caramelized onions (I like to leave them in rings), and add a few slices of meat (if you like, you can cut the meat into smaller pieces beforehand so you don't pull half the topping off when you bite into it). Then add a slice of cheese and briefly broil everything in a Beefer, Asteus, or a preheated oven until the cheese melts.
Now, depending on your taste, add a few slices of jalapeno and a little chili cheese sauce , coat the inside of the lid with mustard and you're good to go.
Enjoy your meal, and I hope your mouth is watering.
