Course start date:

On the day of the course, the recipient can log into the online course room from 7 pm onwards.

The official course starts at 7:30 pm! The following is required for successful participation:

• Enough to feed 3-5 (SMALL package) to 6-8 (BASIC package) or more (our packages are really generously sized)!

• A device running Zoom: tablet, laptop or smartphone

• Hardware of choice for cooking the steaks: pan & stove, open fire, charcoal grill, Beefer, etc.)

• An indirect heat source: oven, kettle grill, brick, etc.
