This fresh and aromatic herb salami is simply delicious! The high-quality salami is made from pork from the Vulkanland region, filled into artificial casings, and air-dried for five weeks. Afterward, the herb salami is washed, the casing is removed, and it is then coated with a mixture of herbs and packaged.
