1kg of this traditional bacon from the Vulkanland pig is finely seasoned, dry-cured for 10 days in the mountain air, smoked, and then left to mature for a further 6 months to perfection. After this time, the bacon is washed, dried, and coated with fragrant mountain herbs.
1x South Tyrolean organic Schüttelbrot (PGI) light 'hand-shaken' (150g)
An authentic South Tyrolean specialty! This dry, crusty rye bread has a delicate aroma thanks to the herbs and spices used. The perfect accompaniment to speck and salami.
1x Brettlspeck 300g
This fine, hand-salted, spiced and juniper-berry smoked bacon combines the best of belly and loin.
1x Organic Salami 200g
A lightly spiced, delicate salami made exclusively from organic meat.
1x Kaminwurzen 'Tradition' (3 pieces - 180g)
In this traditional specialty, particular attention is paid to the ratio of meat and fat to spices in order to guarantee the delicate taste of the small salamis.
1x Mountain herb pieces 'extra lean' 320g
This particularly low-fat specialty is made from pork loin cured with salt and natural spices. The loin is then smoked and left to mature for 10 weeks.
1x Herb-cured bacon 400g
This traditional bacon from the Vulkanland pig is finely spiced, dry-cured for 10 days in the mountain air, smoked, and then allowed to mature for another 6 months to perfection.
