For our roast, the leg or loin of tender suckling pig meat is hand-carved and delicately seasoned with herbs! This juicy cut of meat from young pigs is ideal for roasting, but it can also be wonderfully grilled indirectly.
Consumption instructions: Cook thoroughly before eating. Not suitable for raw consumption. Preparation: Cook in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for approximately 120 minutes.
