Ferdl's Kaeskear – Regional cheeses made from non-GMO hay milk!

For over 50 years, the family-run business Ferdl's Kaeskear has been selling regional mountain cheese, Spätzle cheese, and Emmental made exclusively from the finest, GMO-free hay milk! In the company's cheese cellar, around 600 wheels of cheese from local dairies mature on wooden boards over natural flooring, reaching their culinary perfection. Each wheel is carefully tended by hand during this time and regularly rubbed with salt and water. This meticulous care, combined with the experience of a true multi-generational business, makes Ferdl's Kaeskear cheeses so aromatic and delicious.
