At Elsenbacher Farm, the pigs live according to their nature: in a species-appropriate, robust manner and in rhythm with the seasons. The approximately 6-hectare area is divided into spring, summer, and winter pastures, so that the animals always have access to fresh grass, plenty of exercise, shady retreats, and a natural spring for wallowing.

Only old, resilient breeds such as the colorful Bentheimer, the Husumer Protest pig or the German Saddleback pig are used – perfectly suited for natural free-range farming.

Our schnitzels are traditionally cut from the top round – a particularly lean, fine-grained cut. It's tender to the bite, breads beautifully, and remains wonderfully juicy when cooked correctly. Thanks to natural rearing, the meat boasts authentic flavor and a clear origin.
