A wonderfully sharp Japanese SANTOKU knife from the HOHENMOORER KNIFE MANUFACTORY!
The Japanese knife name “Santoku” means something like “Three Virtues” and refers to the universal applicability of this kitchen knife: It cuts meat, fish and vegetables equally well.
The handle of the Santoku knife is artfully crafted from carbonized oak and subsequently treated with multiple coats of hard oil. The blade is 16.5 cm long and hand-forged and ground. It is made from 60 layers of the finest carbon steel, encased in wrought iron.
The individual damascus pattern makes each knife unique and impresses equally with its functionality, design and appearance.
